Healthy Hormones,
Happy You.
Our Mission
Your Monthly is on a mission to provide women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to navigate the ebbs and flows of their menstrual cycle with greater ease and confidence. Through simple, practical, and evidence-based nutrition strategies, we aim to make hormonal health feel less overwhelming and far more empowering.
We recognise that women’s nutritional needs shift across the entire reproductive lifespan—from adolescence and early cycles, through fertility and pregnancy, to perimenopause and the final menstrual years. Our mission is to help you understand these changes, tune into what your body needs, and feel equipped to make informed decisions at every stage.
At Your Monthly, we believe that when women understand their bodies, they can advocate for themselves, reduce symptoms, and feel supported through each chapter of their health journey.
I'm Sara, a Dietitian & Women's Health Expert who is passionate about educating women to feel empowered when it comes to their health. Our nutritional needs as females are unique and ever changing, with needs differing from our adolescent years, pre-conception, pregnancy and through perimenopausal years.
I also believe that modern women find nutrition challenging because we are exposed to so much information about diet and lifestyle, often from unreliable sources. We juggle so many responsibilities which can make taking care of ourselves further down that priority list. I believe my job is to help educate, empower and encourage women to make themselves a priority again using easy nutrition strategies to feel better, what ever that means to you.
Working with women for over ten years has taught me that many women come to our appointments with their own body image story, beliefs about food and perhaps even a disordered relationship with food. Because of these themes in our work, I completed additional training in eating disorder recovery work and body image work.
Unsure if working with me is the right next step for you? Some of the reasons clients seek my support is:
PCOS and nutrition support
Endometriosis – including nutrition to reduce pelvic pain and/or irritable bowel syndrome
Fertility awareness and preconception
Fourth trimester nutrition including breast feeding nutrition support
Relative Energy Deficiency in sport (RED-S)
Hypothalamic Ammenhorea
Perimenopause and post menopause nutrition
So, whether it is a specific condition you’d like help navigating, or you simply think your monthly cycle could do with some of that TLC you give everyone else, then I’d love to meet you.
